Last updated: July 22, 2026. Prices are pulled directly from each vendor. We are independent — we do not sell any of these tools. Here is how we make money.
The short answer
- Best for most pressure washers (and cheapest to start): Jobber — from $29/mo billed annually, clean and fast, with route optimization on its Grow plan.
- Most pressure-washing-specific features for the money: QuoteIQ — from $29.99/mo, with satellite measuring (MapMeasure) and instant online quoting built for this trade.
- Best for route-dense recurring accounts: GorillaDesk — strong route optimization and material tracking, unlimited admin users.
- Biggest ecosystem and marketing tools: Housecall Pro — more powerful, but a pricier entry point ($79/mo).
- If quoting and follow-up are your bottleneck: add ResponsiBid on top of Jobber or Housecall Pro — it is not a full platform on its own.

Pricing as of July 22, 2026, for standard published plans. GorillaDesk and some tiers scale with the number of technician routes/users; see each tool below.
Jobber
From $49/mo month-to-month, or $29/mo billed annually (Core, 1 user). 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Jobber is the default we would hand most pressure washers starting out. It is quick to learn, the mobile app is genuinely good in the field, and quoting-to-invoice-to-payment is tight. Route optimization — which matters once you are stringing together a day of jobs — lives on the Grow plan ($149/mo annually). Extra users are $29/mo each.
Watch for: the cheapest Core plan is one user and omits some automation; if you want route optimization you are effectively on Grow.
QuoteIQ
From $29.99/mo (Essentials, 1 user) up to $699/mo (Max, unlimited users). 14-day free trial.
QuoteIQ is the one platform here actually built for pressure washing and exterior cleaning. Its MapMeasure satellite measuring and InstaQuote online instant-quote tools target this trade specifically, and the entry price is the lowest of any full platform. Job costing and QuickBooks sync arrive on the Pro plan ($149.99/mo).
Watch for: it is a newer, smaller company than Jobber or Housecall Pro. The trade-specific features are a real edge; the trade-off is a less-proven track record and smaller support ecosystem. Trial it hard before you commit.
GorillaDesk
Basic $49/mo, Pro $99/mo, Growth $149/mo. Free trial, no setup fees or contracts, unlimited admin users.
GorillaDesk earns its place for operators running repeating routes — recurring commercial or neighborhood accounts where minimizing windshield time matters. Route optimization and per-job material/chemical tracking are strengths, and unlimited admin users is unusual at this price. Pricing scales with the number of technician routes/schedules.
Watch for: no dedicated automated job-costing (profit-per-job) calculation. If detailed per-job margin is your priority, weigh Jobber Grow or QuoteIQ Pro instead.
Housecall Pro
Basic $79/mo ($59 annual), Essentials $189/mo ($149 annual), MAX $329/mo ($299 annual). 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Housecall Pro is the most feature-dense option, with the strongest marketing, consumer-financing, and sales-proposal tooling — useful once you are scaling past a couple of trucks. The catch for pressure washers is the entry price ($79/mo Basic) and that route optimization is gated to the top MAX tier. Payment processing runs 2.59%.
Watch for: you pay more to get in, and the route features solo/small operators want are on the most expensive plan.
ResponsiBid
Free Startup tier, Scaling $179/mo, Pro $229/mo. Integrates with Jobber and Housecall Pro.
Read this carefully, because most “best pressure washing software” lists get it wrong: ResponsiBid is not a full field-service platform. It is a quoting-and-follow-up engine that sits on top of a platform like Jobber or Housecall Pro. If your bottleneck is turning leads into booked jobs — instant online bids, automated text/email follow-up — it is excellent, and there is a free tier to test the idea. But do not buy it instead of Jobber or Housecall Pro; buy it alongside one if quoting is where you are losing money.
How to choose
- Just starting, solo, tight budget: Jobber Core ($29/mo annually) for a clean all-rounder, or QuoteIQ Essentials ($29.99/mo) if you want instant online quoting and measuring built in.
- Route-dense recurring accounts: GorillaDesk, for route optimization, material tracking, and unlimited admin users.
- Quoting/follow-up is your bottleneck: add ResponsiBid (free to start) on top of Jobber or Housecall Pro.
- Scaling past a couple of trucks, want marketing & financing built in: Housecall Pro.
- Want the most pressure-washing-specific features without paying up: QuoteIQ.
How we tested and how we make money
We pulled every price above directly from the vendors’ own pricing pages on July 22, 2026, and we re-check on a regular schedule. Fit assessments are based on documented features relevant to pressure washing — routing, quoting, measuring, job costing, and users included. Some links on this page are affiliate links; if you start a trial through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes what we recommend. Full disclosure here.
