Pricing as of July 22, 2026, for standard published plans. Urable and Mobile Tech RX bill per additional user or per tier; see each tool below.
Jobber
From $49/mo, or $29/mo billed annually (Core, 1 user). 14-day free trial, no card. The simplest, cheapest way for a solo or mobile detailer to run scheduling, quoting, invoicing and payments, with a strong mobile app for working out of a van. Route optimization — handy for a day of mobile appointments — is on the Grow plan ($149/mo annually). Watch for: it is a general home-service tool, so it lacks detailing-specific touches like ceramic-coating package tracking.
Urable
Express $70/mo, Pro $110/mo, Enterprise $183/mo — unlimited users on every tier. Free trial. Urable is built specifically for auto detailing and vehicle care, and the standout is unlimited users at every price, which makes it unusually cost-effective for a shop with a few techs. Online booking and advanced analytics come on Pro; recurring billing and video inspections on Enterprise. Watch for: a smaller company than the horizontal players — trial it with your real workflow.
Mobile Tech RX
Getting Started $39/mo (+$15/user), Standard $99/mo (+$29/user), Pro $199/mo. 5-day trial. Mobile Tech RX leans toward reconditioning and dealer-facing work — paint codes, OEM parts ordering, wheel torque specs, an ADAS module — on top of estimates, scheduling and before/after photos. If you do recon or sublet for dealerships alongside detailing, it is purpose-built. Watch for: a pure detailer may pay for recon features they never use, and the 5-day trial is short.
Fieldd
Start $199/mo (2–10 users), Scale $299/mo, Pro $999/mo. Save 25% on annual billing. Fieldd is built for mobile detailing and car-wash brands, with a polished customer-facing booking experience and GPS routing designed to make a small operation look established. Watch for: the $199/mo entry is steep for a true solo, there is no free trial advertised, and the value shows once you have a growing mobile team — not on day one.
Housecall Pro
Basic $79/mo ($59 annual), Essentials $189/mo ($149 annual), MAX $329/mo ($299 annual). 14-day free trial, no card. The strongest option for marketing, consumer financing and sales proposals — genuinely useful when you sell four-figure ceramic coating or paint-protection-film jobs and want to offer financing at the point of sale. Watch for: higher entry price and no detailing-specific features; route optimization is gated to the MAX tier.
How to choose
- Solo or mobile, tight budget: Jobber Core ($29/mo annually).
- A detailing shop with a few techs wanting a native CRM: Urable (unlimited users is the money-saver).
- You do reconditioning or dealer sublet work: Mobile Tech RX.
- A fast-growing mobile brand that wants a premium booking experience: Fieldd, if the $199/mo entry fits.
- You finance big ceramic/PPF jobs and want marketing built in: Housecall Pro.
